TEAM IMPACT
By Team Impact/ Outreach, TEAM 3390 means helping, inspiring and shaping the national, or international community. STEM outreach is prominent in FIRST culture and because of this it is definitely a part of our team’s identity.
We raised awareness in our society in terms of Career-School-University in order to help young people achieve their goals. By activating these concepts we built partnerships to change culture and targets by prioritizing STEM education.
We attend public robotics competitions, symposiums,congresses and exhibitions and reach a great number of people. With our projects our team members become individuals who are scientifically approachable, has the ability to question, who can express ideas and share them.

They learn to suggest, develop, question, design, produce and share solutions when they brainstorm, ask questions, experience, answer and make presentations. Teenagers try to imagine, understand, and use different ways as they have the opportunities to talk to experts, contact local and national authorities and seek answers to their questions. They also have the chance to consult companies, cooperation’s and institutions when they spend time in public places, in school, in libraries, in museums and non-governmental organizations for their researches. By developing teamwork skills, young people can learn by sharing as they are made to learn to use information and time. They also learn important production methods and increase their awareness because they learn by competing against time with the robots they design and entertain themselves with science and technology.
